These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Reach2Grow ("we", "us", "the Agency") and any individual or business ("the Client") that engages our services. By proceeding with any paid engagement, the Client agrees to these terms.
Reach2Grow provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, content creation, video editing, and social media management. Specific deliverables are agreed upon before the start of a paid contract.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, follower counts, revenue, leads, ad performance, or reach. Results depend on many variables outside our control. We commit to applying our full expertise to achieve the best possible results.
We offer one week of complimentary content production to new clients before any paid commitment. This is produced in good faith to demonstrate our capabilities. The Client is under no obligation to continue. The free week does not constitute a binding service agreement.
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the beginning of each month and due within 7 days of the invoice date. Work for the following month will not commence until the invoice is settled.
Ad spend is billed directly to the Client's own advertising accounts. Reach2Grow does not hold or pass through ad budget.
Prices are stated in USD. International clients are responsible for any bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs.
We do not offer refunds once work has begun for a given billing period. This is why we offer a free first week, so the Client can verify our quality before any financial commitment is made.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns all final delivered assets produced by Reach2Grow for that period. Ownership does not transfer until payment is received in full.
Reach2Grow retains the right to use non-confidential work samples in its own portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement.
Reach2Grow's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Reach2Grow reserves the right to immediately terminate if the Client fails to pay after 14 days past due or acts abusively toward our team.
We may update these terms periodically. Existing clients will be notified of material changes by email.
