This Privacy Policy explains how Reach2Grow ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit reach2grow.com or interact with us. We are transparent about what we collect and why.
1. What we collect
We collect the following information:
- Contact form submissions: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Booking data: When you book a call via Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences. Their privacy policy applies to that data.
- Usage data: If you accept cookies, we collect anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics, and ad interaction data via Meta Pixel.
We do not collect payment information. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
2. How we use it
- Respond to your enquiries
- Provide the services you've requested
- Improve our website based on anonymised usage data (with your consent)
- Show relevant ads to people who have visited our website (with your consent)
3. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for two purposes, both requiring your explicit consent:
- Google Analytics (GA4): Anonymised data about how visitors use our website.
- Meta Pixel: Tracks interactions to measure ad effectiveness and retarget visitors on Facebook and Instagram.
Neither Google Analytics nor Meta Pixel load until you accept cookies via our consent banner. If you decline, no tracking takes place.
We also use Crisp for live chat. Crisp is a functional tool and is loaded regardless of cookie consent. Crisp's privacy policy: crisp.chat/en/privacy.

Contact form submissions are processed via Web3Forms and forwarded to our email. They are retained as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months by default.
6. Your rights
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request that we delete your personal data
- Withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage and declining on your next visit

Our website is served over HTTPS with security headers active. We do not store sensitive financial information.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
